Training and Support

We will continue our exceptional service offering through our franchise network. All franchisees will undergo a comprehensive training programme to ensure that they are confident in their ability to manage their business and team.
You will receive training onsite with us in Kent and have an opportunity to experience the business first hand shadowing some of our expert technicians as they visit clients in their own homes. After onsite training, you will be supported through a comprehensive operations manual which contains all the essential information you need to succeed as well as telephone support and regular meetings. Our dedicated marketing and PR department will also be on hand to assist you on your planned launch campaign.
