Signs Franchise Training & Support in the UK & Ireland
The thing you’ll notice about SIGN-A-RAMA franchisees is that they have an uncommonly high degree of expertise about sign-making and operating a business – an expertise gained through our franchise training program, which many say is one of the most extensive in the franchising industry. Comprehensive 5-week franchising training program includes:
1. Two weeks of introductory training at our World Headquarters at the Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence learning everything from sign production to bookkeeping. Your flights, hotel, lunch and ground transportation are inclusive.
2. Seven days in a local shop seeing everything you learnt at training school being put into practice.
3. 3 weeks training at your own premises. During the first week, all the equipment is set-up and you and your staff are trained to use everything. The
final week is sales and marketing training so by the end of the training period you have a fully functioning sign shop and a weeks worth of orders to get you started.
4. Regional offices are always available to provide additional training to you or your employees free of charge – and to provide you with the ongoing guidance you need to grow your business.
