Here is some information about our company and the process of becoming part of the Arabica family: Arabica Coffee House, which 
started in 1976, is one of the original Coffee Houses and the Original Coffee House of Cleveland, Ohio. Arabica was started with a goal of serving the best quality coffee possible in an inviting atmosphere that customers would love. Arabica enjoyed huge success and began opening Coffee Houses all around Northeast Ohio.
Today we operate over 80 Coffee Houses and Cafes all around the World and we sell our coffee products to many fine restaurants and establishments around the World. When becoming part of the Arabica "Family" this is what you can expect:
OUR PROVEN PRODUCTS AND SYSTEM - We pride ourselves in serving the best 100% Arabica beans we can buy. We then roast each bean to perfection to create the ultimate coffee experience for our customers. This philosophy is also prevalent in all our beverages, food and pastries.
Arabica also allows menu flexibility to attract the most customers possible in the market you choose. Our systems have been in place for 30+ years and if followed correctly can produce very satisfying results. We of course have tweaked our systems to adapt to the changing times.
TRAINING - We offer an onsite training program that is unmatched. We will train the owners and managers to make sure they are ready for day to day operations of the business.
We then train the staff to our corporate specifications to ensure a smooth, quality opening of the Café or Coffee House. There is only ONE first impression and we vow to make it the best it can be. We offer a full operations manual and other necessary materials to make the road to success as simple as possible.
We also schedule monthly training seminars for ongoing instruction and new products.
SITE ASSISTANCE/DESIGN - We will assist our franchisees in all aspects of site selection, lease negotiation and store design. We have design staff available to help fit into any culture we grow in. FRANCHISE/ROYALTY FEES- Our franchise and royalty fees are low compared to our competitors. Having started as operators over 30 years ago, we know how to keep our franchisees happy and have their businesses prosper. This encourages them to grow and expand their business.
