The range of products are popular with customers because they are prepared and made fresh by hand within our cafés each day. Many of our rivals have their products delivered from a central manufacturing facility, often pre-frozen. We make each individual muffin ourselves from the finest ingredients to our own special recipe and if they’re not eaten that day, they don’t go on sale the next.
The crusty baguettes – all 10 inches of them – are baked in store too, together with our sweet and savoury pastries. Each day we prepare a variety of baguettes, bloomers, wraps and other sandwiches crammed full with fresh ingredients. Our suppliers are constantly challenged to provide only the best quality products and innovative recipes.
Coffee is our passion. We use only specially selected 100% Arabica beans in our own exclusive blend and our baristas are trained to make perfect coffee each time. We also offer teas and delicious hot chocolate and have an extensive range of chilled drinks – espresso-based iced coffees, fresh fruit smoothies and milk shakes made to order with quality ice cream or sorbet.
Franchise partners also have the opportunity to stock New Zealand Natural premium ice cream, sorbet and frozen yoghurt It is served in cones, cups and sundaes as well as used in our iced coffees, smoothies and milk shakes.
