We're busy, busy, busy says Murcia Villas

Fiona James, Director of Murcia Villas SL explains why they are so busy, We have crunched our prices in line with the market forces and we offer very modern spacious, light and bright good quality accommodation which is excellent value for money.  Unfortunately for the property owners monthly rental prices have taken a fall this year but this is good news for tenants and our franchisees as they have been very busy with the new tenants and enquiries. 

Murcia Villas services dont stop there... franchisees are on hand to assist with applying for the all important paperwork to live in Spain, registering for doctors and schools, with bilingual translation services.

This week we have had our first Russian client, who arrived on Sunday evening and moved into his accommodation on Monday afternoon, says Fiona. Normally they like a little bit more time to prepare the house and connect the all essential ADSL but when required Murcia Villas can move tenants in quick.  With two further prospective tenants viewing properties this week it is going to be a good week for Murcia Villas property owners.

We attribute our success to lots of hard work and quick response times to clients emails.  During the winter months a number of our competitor letting agents take a break in preparation for the summer rush, but Murcia Villas are open all year, answering emails and assisting clients to find the right accommodation, adds Fiona.

This year has been a strange year for holiday bookings and property owners have been advised to look to the longer term lets in order to help to cover their property expenses. "Unfortunately due mainly to the British Media's love of a negative story people are not booking their holidays with the same confidence as last year.  I feel we will have a lot of late bookings for summer 2009 which will come through in May and June, explains Fiona.

With rental prices starting from just 350euros per month for a two bedroom apartment less than 3 minutes walk from the beach clients can afford to spend their winters in the sunshine and pop back to the UK to visit friends and family ... or just for a bit of rain and a sharp frost to remind them of what they are missing with an English winter.
